A spin-off a traditional Tabouleh which uses bulgur. Easily swap out bulgur for quinoa as a gluten-free option and still make a delicious and refreshing meal or side dish! (Click here for more information on gluten-free eating). Using herbs and lemon juice as flavouring, it is low in sodium; and filled with whole grains, almonds and vegetables – it’s loaded with fibre. Delicious and filled with hearty goodness!
