Keep Calm and Curry On

Creamy Coconut Curry Noodles

Dehydrated dinner number six (see Day 6 for journal entry). Soupy warm noodle soup is something that’s always been somewhat of a comfort food. On long hikes, comfort foods like soup and hot cocoa is what I crave for. But not as much as I want hot liquids, it’s important to make sure that it will be enough to provide enough energy for the amount of activity we are doing. Coconut milk, peanuts and skim milk powder added just makes it all that much more satisfying.

Makes 1  serving.

  • 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes (optional)
