An easy, under-1-minute dressing. Cooking doesn’t have to be complicated and require a whole lot of dishes to do. Hence, this “Tablespoon” Dressing! So easy to remember and just one spoon to use (though, it probably is a good idea to rinse in-between to keep all the jars uncontaminated in the fridge!). This is the dressing I used for the “Hello Harvest” Apple-Brussels Sprout- Carrot Slaw. Try it and let me know what wonderful combination you’ve found to have the dressing with!
“2-2-1-1” Tablespoon Yogurt Honey-Mustard Dressing
Makes 4 Servings.
Preparation Time: 1 minutes.
- 2 Tbsp Yogurt
Tip: For a creamier dressing, use Greek yogurt
For a dairy-free or vegan option, use a nut butter
- 2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- Salt and cracked pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together and serve fresh or store in an air-tight container in refrigerator until use.
